Action heroes that are non-violent? That's right! At a time when our nation's children are being bombarded with images of brutality and rage from the media, television, movies, and even books, the Neon Tiki Tribe has arrived to spread the word that you don't need violence to resolve problems and have adventure!

Different from other non-violent child icons such as Barney, the Neon Tiki Tribe is always facing one exciting and action-packed escapade after another... and teaching valuable lessons along the way of tolerance and respect for all life! Tikis never hurt anyone...including the "bad guys." Instead they teach that if you change the way a person thinks you can change the way he or she acts!

What is a TIKI? A Thoughtful, Intelligent, and Kind Individual. The Neon Tiki Tribe is made up of four "teenage" tikis that come to life after a lightning storm strikes an enchanted forest near the Kennedy Space Center. The tribe consists of Zeke (co-leader with Tia), Dar (the most athletic), Tia (the most intelligent and the only female), and Mowah the Great (the strongest). The Tikis have super powers that they get from their Backups^® sunglasses (they always have a spare pair), which are activated whenever they "Think Neon." Each sunglass is a different color and shoots magical lasers that represent a different power. For example, orange (the power of fire) can be used to blow up the bad guy's hide-out, but only if there is no one inside. Whenever someone needs them, the Tikis travel across the sky by Neon Cyclone, which turns into a rainbow, and help save the day!

The Tikis have made numerous, charitable appearances at children's hospitals and schools in cities across the nation including Los Angeles, Dallas, Oklahoma City, New Orleans, Cincinnati, Nashville, and Washington DC. They have the endorsement of Parent Teacher Associations, various child-care organizations, and even congressional support. Currently, the tribe is pursuing a "live-action" television series.
